We offer 5 years of product warranty with the exception of general wear and tear, and this warranty is not conditioned on having to do regular maintenance.

It should be noted that in order to maintain an acceptable level of safety, it may be necessary to regular turn stir up in impact attenuating material, or refill to maintain proper levels, places where loose materials (like sand) are used.
